These Terms & Conditions apply to the Hughes Cleaning Co. website and cleaning services. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Hughes Cleaning Co. provides residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers, commercial cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. Commercial and post-construction services are custom quoted and performed according to the confirmed scope. Service details, timing, and pricing may vary based on the size, condition, access, and specific needs of the property.
Website prices are starting prices unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may depend on square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, current condition, requested add-ons, pets, clutter, frequency, and other job details. Quotes may be adjusted if the actual condition or scope differs from the information provided.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is unavailable, delayed, or incorrect, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and fees may apply.
We aim to provide high-quality cleaning, but some stains, buildup, damage, mold, hard water marks, grout discoloration, or wear may not be fully removable. We may decline unsafe, hazardous, biohazard, pest-infested, or unreasonable service conditions.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. If our cleaning professional arrives as scheduled and cannot obtain authorized access because access was not provided as agreed, a no-access fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price may apply. Hughes Cleaning Co. may waive or reduce these fees when appropriate at its discretion.
If you have a concern about a completed service, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos when available. We will review the concern and determine a reasonable resolution when appropriate.
